We are proud to share a significant milestone that took place during our recent NOVA Global Certification Workshop in Riyadh (13–15 January) — marking the first NOVA certification held in Saudi Arabia under Vigor Enterprise’s regional partnership, following the previous certification hosted in Kuwait (April 2025).
During this workshop, we proudly celebrated that Mohammed Azzazy, Assoc CIPD, and Abeer Al Matooq through Vigor Enterprise were officially certified by NOVA Global as Master Trainers.
Becoming a Master Trainer is not simply a designation — it is a responsibility. Master Trainers are entrusted with upholding NOVA’s professional standards, safeguarding ethical interpretation, and scaling capability with rigor, credibility, and depth. Their appointment represents a meaningful step forward in strengthening the region’s ecosystem with enhanced local delivery capacity and a growing community of certified professionals applying NOVA responsibly and with impact.
