Each participant completes a NOVA assessment (20 minutes, online) through a unique link, so the room starts aligned on strengths, needs and stress cues.
During
Two in-person days
Micro-teaches, guided drills and two 2-hour capstones: the NOVA Customer Escalation Lab and The Manager's Weekly Engine (AI-assisted).
Post
Make it stick
An optional 60-minute 1:1 online debrief with a certified debriefer: profile validation and a personalized 90-day plan.
