Biography
Mohammad Azzazy is a CIPD associate member, certified in learning and development, and a graduate of the Faculty of Commerce (Business Administration) at Ain Shams University. He is a certified trainer and has worked in learning and development since 2009.
Azzazy is proficiently bilingual, delivering consulting and learning services in both Arabic and English. He has built his expertise across Egypt, Oman, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait, using learning solutions designed to simulate real-world workplace scenarios.
He is the Chief Consulting Officer at Vigor Enterprise and a former Talent Management and L&D leader in several international companies. With more than 16 years of experience, he has designed, supervised and delivered development initiatives for staff, middle management and senior executives.
He leads learning projects end to end: training needs identification, skill inventory systems, instructional design, operational training logistics, technical proposals, and customer-centric delivery and facilitation.
